一共 5 隻（或 10 隻）小蝙蝠玩躲貓貓，有幾隻飛進山洞。孩子數一數外面還有幾隻，在五格框或十格框裡拉出「山洞裡有幾隻」，再敲敲山洞看猜對沒。第一關樹枝上空出來的位子就是提示；第二關蝙蝠飛來飛去，要自己想；第三關兩個山洞，一個看得到、一個看不到。

Five (or ten) little bats play hide-and-seek and some fly into the cave. Children count the bats still outside, pull out how many are hiding on a five-frame or ten-frame, then knock on the cave to check. Level 1 shows empty hooks as a hint, level 2 has bats fluttering about, and level 3 has two caves, one open and one closed.
Suits kindergarten to Grade 1 (about age 5–7). Curriculum unit: making and breaking 5 and 10 (kindergarten), a step towards pairs that make 10 in Grade 1.
